Bob was the PEMA HazMat Administrator and was the ‘face of PEMA’ to the HazMat response community throughout the 1990’s.
Mr. Broyles in his role at PEMA, helped create a true partnership between PEMA, PAHMT, and HACC to host the first statewide conference.
Bob was one of the people that helped to establish our organization in the early years.
